CNC Machinist

Seeking experienced CNC Machinist for full time position.  We use CamWorks and SolidWorks experiance with either is great.  Experiance with any CAM system a plus.  We help all employees learn our Cam system.  We do 3D and 2D machining.
Training on specific equipment provided for energetic and motivated employee's with experience.

Duties will include CNC machine setup, programming and adjusting of the CNC and manual machines at Borg Design, fixturing, operating and inspecting of parts. Jobs range from production to prototype parts in all metals and plastics. Any and all other needed physical and mechanical interaction to the machines, machinists, co-workers, Quality control and customers. Programming experience is a must. Applicant must be able to write own programs in G-code on Yasnac controls.  Cam Works, ProCAM and Solid Works experience are a plus. 


CNC Milling Machine / Lathe Operators -

We are seeking a skilled CNC milling / lathe operator, who is capable of light setup/change over work; maintain tooling and tool offsets, with the ability to use measuring and inspection equipment.

We are a sixty year old company with 10-20 people, specializing in CNC Machining with design projects, prototype work and production machining.  Our equipment includes; 3 Haas VMC, 5 Vertical Matsurra machining centers, one Doosan Revo 4020, one Fadal 40-20, 5 Matsurra Horizontals, Slant 50 Lathe and a Topper TNL - 100A lathe
